Salon Owner/Lead Stylist/Color Specialist
“I am not just any hair stylist. You’re not just any client. Together, I promise to unlock the beauty & confidence that no other stylist could.”
– Amy Bailey
Chic... Bold... Elegant…Couture…
Just a few words to describe Amy Bailey’s work. There’s no doubt that she can do it all — with her discriminating eye, with talent that stems from sheer devotion to embellishing clients’ glamorous looks, and with 15 years of daily salon experience.
When in High School, Amy would trade color and cuts on her mom’s hair in order to earn money to get her own hair done, or have money to go out with friends. Amy was the go to for any school events, saving her friends time and money by styling all their hair for dances and doing their make-up.
She started learning her craft immediately, and decided to go through with it at Palomar Institute of Cosmetology in San Marcos, where she flourished into an amazing stylist and owner.
She earned a cosmetology degree in San Marcos, and underwent continuous training all over San Diego County and got the opportunity to train at Bumble and Bumble University in New York – wherever the best classes were offered and the toughest styling jobs were to be found she took them on to better her craft. Amy is certified in Multiple types of Extensions, as well as Keratin Smoothing systems. Amy continually works in the community donating her work to the National Charity League Fashion Show and the local High Schools Prom Fashion Expos’. Amy has taken salon ownership as a way to give back to the industry by hosting classes and events for her team and other stylists to take part in additional education and events to inspire them to grow. She has also hosted three concerts with Tim Urban from American Idol to fuze music and beauty.
She has a unique ability to draw out a person’s essence and create a style that’s perfectly suited to the individual. As she styles, she often transforms a mundane look into a captivating one — which takes more than a knack with a comb, a blow dryer and a flat-iron. It takes an aptitude for discerning how a client’s hair can actually redefine who she is.

His credentials include CPT, National Association of Sports Nutrition-LPSN, National Posture Institute Certified Posture Specialist, Co-author and Master Trainer of NASN’s Corrective Exercise Practitioner program and he is an Arizona and California State Licensed Massage Therapist. Peter continues to build on his vast skillset and is currently studying Gua Sha/Graston to compliment his massage therapy background.

Peter has been a health and fitness enthusiast since his teen years and naturally gravitated towards teaching his philosophies to others. His passion for learning is a result of his desire to help give his clients and colleagues the tools they need to achieve their goals. Peter mentioned, “I’ve had the privilege to work alongside brilliant personal trainers that shared the same enthusiasm for teaching as myself. Personal Trainer Andrew Jacobs and CSCS/Co-author Bobby Cox inspired me to grow as a Fitness professional and co-create the NASN CEP program”.

From the start of his career Peter recognized the importance of proper posture and body mechanics inside and outside of the gym. “Whether you are a bodybuilder, bikini competitor, team sports athlete or a beginner, building a strong foundation is the hallmark of every Strength Through Structure Program.” Peter employs a range of modalities to create unique and effective training techniques to restore his client’s posture and achieve their overall goals. One of Peters proudest moments was his recognition by Men’s Journal Magazine (04,05,06) as one of the “Top 100 Trainers in America” for Integrating corrective exercises into his programs.
